Personality and the trait TheoryIndividuals are different in their mental and physical traits. People who form the main components of an organization thus differ both phy sically (age, sex, height, weight, etc), and also psychologically (intelligence, attitude, motivational level, perceptions, etc.) This belief that apiece human being is totally different from each other is known as Law of individual differences.
